Large en suite room with a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side tables, large mirror AND 32" smart TV on the wall. All bills (electric, water, council tax, wi-fi, TV licence) included.
Smart App controlled radiators throughout the apartment and under floor heating in the fully tiled bathroom.
Free super-fast wifi, all pots and pans provided, dishwasher, washing machine, wine cooler, 55" tv in the living area and a very safe/secure entrance. There is a Juliet balcony overlooking the Old Town and humber river facing directly south (lots of natural light!)
Looking for a friendly housemate to join the two current tenants that are working very close-by. They are both around 26 y/o working professionals.
