Rooms are for single occupancy and tenants are welcome to enjoy the kitchen/lounge facilities and laundry facilities in the attached garage/laundry room. Huge storage all around the house. Movable wheeled-trolleys under the beds in both rooms for further storage. Moreover house has 2 lofts and both have in built stairs for storage of heavy and large stuff.
Outside of the house has a large garden space both at the front and back of the house. Ample car parking to the front of the house and in front of garage.
Must visit and view, please no pets, no smoking, and no partying in the house. House has a live in a landlord who visits only once a month. Being a Doctor himself he respects your privacy and tenancy rights. Rooms will be rented out on first come first serve basis after all the necessary checks.
