My house is ideally located close to the University of Hull and between Newland and Chanterlands Avenue. It has plenty of street parking and lot's of nearby amenities.
The room is furnished nicely, the internet speed is excellent and the house has everything you need. I ask for £525 per month. All bills included. Everything in the house is fine to be used; fridge, washer, dryer, dishwasher, garden etc.
The other tenant is a masters student. He's easy going, friendly and clean.
