If you're fed up of all the dramas and challenges of living in a houseshare and want a decent home with just a couple of other friendly tenants then look no further.

I have a spaciois fully furnished room (the video shows the smallest room only, not theblarge one for rent). It has a double bed wardrobe and chest of drawers and is located at frost of the first floor in this refurbished 3 bed house.

I'm a fully licenced landlord and I run lots of HMOs in Hull but this property is a bit different and will appeal to people who like the ease and convenience of living in a houseshare in terms of managing their outgoings and having minimal administration, but don't want all the dramas thst often go with living with lots of other people.
