  Large, double bedroom 3.2m x 3.2m, decorated and furnished, lockable, in 2 bed Bungalow, retired owner/occupier, off street parking for 1 additional car, 500mb/s fibre internet and use of all facilities, the bungalow is being re-decorated although the room is finished. Located in a quiet area, there is a 50“ 4K internet connected TV. It’s furnished with bed, bedside cabinet, chest of draws, storage space for hanging clothes. All the bed linen, pillows, towels etc are suppled, The lounge, hallway and kitchen are in the process of being decorated. The kitchen is new, but not tiled yet, with induction hob, microwave, washing machine, single oven & dishwasher, drier & fridge freezer. The shared bathroom has toilet, shower & sink.
There is a greenhouse and secure garden for the green fingered at the rear. Located in a low crime area, the entire property, parking ect are covered by CCTV. A well behaved child sharing the same room is ok.
The Uni is within cycling/bus distance. bus stops are within 300m, Hull Royal Infirmary, Castle Hill, Spire Hospitals & Humber Bridge are a short drive, bus/cycle away.

I have a Lhasa Apso Dog (3yrs, Male) who is very friendly & Hypoallergenic. I would consider another small non-moulting dog or cat (neutered only).

REQUIRMENTS: I am a retired Senior Engineer at Hp I keep my home clean and tidy and a house mate MUST be able to clean up after themselves(no slobs). References and guarantor maybe required, or larger deposit.

Non-Smoker, Proof of ID required. I have current Police clearance & old enhanced DBS check. Some IT Equipment can be provided if necessary for students.

LHA/DSS application's are unlikely to be successful, unless students.

A non-UK citizen must have the 'Right to Rent' in the UK, as it is now a legal requirement.
