Lovely Quiet Double Room and Use of All Amenities

Hi, My name is alan, and I am looking for a quiet ,non-smoking or vaping and over 35 (strictly no younger please) and in full time working ,clean and tidy mature person, who cleans up after themselves, and helps keep house like it is in pics. I am offering you to share my nicely decorated fully furnished large house. Your room is a large quiet , 13 by 10 room it fully furnished with laminated floor wardrobes chest of drawers etc,, I even supply a 49 inch tv and a set of bedding. The rent is £520 per month or £120 per week. I do have two rooms available ,The 2nd slightly smaller. This one has a built-in wardrobe ,tv , bedding etc. All bills are included and i don’t charge large silly bonds , its only £200 which is returnable if you ever decide to leave. I do give a receipt every week / month just in case you want to claim back, and proof you have paid etc. I like to give a months trail to make sure everything is ok for both of us, then I give a proper contract ,and it’s a minimum of three months stay after that. and you must give a months notice before leaving so I can re’advertise. i generally only lease one room, unless special circumstances. . It is a large house in a quiet area with plenty of parking , and is close to near on every type of shop you could need, and not far from bus/train station. It has all amenities including washer drier,’ cooker’ microwave’ pots pans’ Light Stream internet, even a set of bedding like I said if needed.! Basically, Everything supplied and nothing cheap because I have the view, if it wouldn’t be good enough for me, why should it be for you. It has a very large, secluded back garden that is a south facing sun trap in summer its lovely to lay and chill (depending on British summers of course). Obviously, everything is there to use by the tenant, and to think of it has their home , and not just a place to sleep. Most of my tenants seem pretty happy here , and stay a long time, well over a year 6 of them and two and half one of them , So obviously people are happy here on the all.
