Couples £1000 per month – ALL BILLS INCLUDED.

The room is fully furnished and has its own under-counter fridge/freezer, Smart TV and storage. There is also access to a communal freezer.

The house has a large shared kitchen with cooking facilities and appliances, washing machine, bathroom, separate toilet, garden and communal area with a Smart TV.

There is free Wi-Fi and the rent includes council tax, gas, electric and water, so there are no separate household bills to worry about.

The property is in a convenient location with good access to buses, taxis, trains, the motorway and surrounding East Yorkshire. There are supermarkets and everyday shops nearby, with Hull city centre, the hospital, retail parks, restaurants, cafés, pubs and takeaways all within easy reach.

There are still a few finishing touches and improvements being completed around the property, but the room and main facilities are available to use now. The house is continually being improved.

I'm open to both male and female applicants. I'm looking for someone clean, tidy, responsible, respectful and considerate of the other occupants.
