Looking for a housemate asap...

Two bedroom house: one single and one double.
Either bedroom is available to rent:
- £450 for the Single
(NOTE this room is currently a yoga/music room, so in the pictures it has no bed in, but if you choose this room then I will move everything out of here and place a bed and furniture in... let me know your requirements)

- £550 for the double

ALL BILLS INCLUDED (Gas, Water, Electricity, Council Tax).

Which ever room you choose, the following furniture is available:
- Bed frame with storage drawers and mattress
- Open wardrobe with shelves for clothes storage;
- Bedside table(s)
- Lamp
- Rug(s)
- Art for the walls if you wish
- Curtains and blinds

(Gas, Water, Electricity, Council Tax - BAND A).

NOTE: I do not have a WIFI connection in the house. Currently I just connect to my phone via hotspot and the connection is great. I would be willing to look into Wifi if we split the bill/cost.

Parking situation:
On street parking, and a permit would need to be obtained from the local library at a cost of £22 per year.

- Enjoy the garden space and use the table a chairs
