Situated right on the waterfront in the quaint, quiet village of Paull.
My house benefits from stunning lounge area, lovely dining area and very well equipped modern kitchen., all containing large screen tv. The house in centrally heated, has two bathrooms and on street parking. The room I have available boasts amazing views across The Estuary and of The Humber Bridge.
Transport links locally to the city, the coast and Hedon are excellent and on our doorstep. The village is a very safe, quiet and rural haven. There's a village pub and restaurant a few feet from our front door too.
Viewing is available immediately.
Please note that I'm seeking a professional/salaried person only and although the room is a good size, it is for SINGLE OCCUPANCY not a couple. Please note that we are some distance from the Uni. Journey time by car is at least 25 mins.
