One bright double room overlooking the garden available in lovely shared house in Barcombe village. The room has a double bed with storage space underneath. Also drawers and shelves in the room. The house is nicely refurbished with spacious shared kitchen dining area . Shared bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower (mainly shared w only 1 other). Nice garden with space to sit and relax. Parking available on quiet cul de sac street outside. Barcombe is a friendly village with community hall, recreation ground and shop, outstanding primary school. Cooksbridge train station is 3 miles away. Lovely countryside walks and the beautiful river and Barcombe mills nearby. You really need a car unless you are a keen cyclist or willing to rely on infrequent countryside transport.

We have a lovely cat so sorry no more pets allowed and must be cat friendly. Nb. Rent is kept low in exchange for occasional feeding and cat care.
