We are in a village location about 7miles from the ancient town of Rye with both Hastings and Camber approx 20-25mins drive away.
Great Dixter house and gardens are in the next village approx 3miles away. There are plenty of countryside walks nearby.
Couples would be considered however there would be a marginal increase in rent due to the impact on the bills
