The location is rural, green and peaceful. Large double room available in family home. The room is furnished but I can provide a small double or a single bed if preferred. The room is for a single occupant only. We are close to Brighton and Sussex universities so the room would be ideal for a full-time student or a person here on a short term stay for work, and would especially suit someone who appreciates nature.
The rent includes access to the shared kitchen and bathroom, includes FREE parking Wifi and all bills.
Bevendean is a green spacious part of Brighton and we are situated very close to a convenient bus-stop and corner shop.
Please note that I am a live-in landlord and I smoke tobacco occasionally, so please do not enquire if this is likely to cause a problem. The house DOES NOT smell of cigarettes or smoke.
