I have a fully furnished, spacious double room available in my home in Bevendean, Brighton. Its a well kept home, with newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. It's just around the corner from a corner shop and bus stop into brighton city center (takes about 20 mins) and really close to the south downs national park (so the views are gorg). Its £750 a month, bills (gas, elec, water/sewage, internet) all included.

A bit about me:
I'm a live-in landlord (so you dont have to worry about agency fees/waiting ages if you need something house related doing, and I like to keep the place cosy and homey), 28 years old, lgbtq+, female. My interests include reading, sewing, games, crochet (and anything crafty). I'm also on a volleyball team, and enjoy walks/exploring. I work part time as a textiles teacher, and have a separate craft room. I'm friendly, and enjoy sharing meals/hanging out but also like quiet down time as well. I have 1 other housemate who is a trans women, sociable, into skateboarding and pub trips, she works away so is home only a few days a week.
Looking for a non-smoker, clean, no cats or dogs allowed due to allergies and myself having small pets, however enclosed pets such as reptiles and small animals are considered on a case by case basis. Room mate should be easy going, no wild parties etc.
