Cosy Room Available in Warm, Friendly Home

Hello! We’re a couple in our early 30s with a lovely 3-bedroom house and a small, cosy spare room available for rent from mid September to mid-January (with an option to extend). Short-term lets are also welcome!

The room is bright and sunny, with a beautiful view that makes it a great place to relax. It currently has a single bed, a wardrobe, a small storage unit and a foldable desk. While it’s compact, our home offers plenty of communal space, including two comfortable living rooms and an office area you’re welcome to use when we’re out. The bathroom is modern and clean, and the whole house blends authentic character with modern touches.

We have a lush, slightly wild garden – perfect for a cup of tea or some fresh air. All bills are included for your peace of mind.

We’re looking for someone who values cleanliness, quiet, and respect for shared spaces. Occasional guests are welcome, but we ask that the house remain a calm place overall.
