There’s one more roommates needed for a 5-bedroom house with 1 large bathroom and a medium one in lower Bevendean. It’s a single room in a furnished house with a huge garden and kitchen. It’s a two floor house and the room available is on the ground floor. The place has no WiFi and is not bills inclusive, although we’ll all be paying an extra 50-70 monthly for those all together. We dont have any preference we just hope the person can be hygienic and a decent human being. You have to be a student preferably a 1st or 2nd year undergraduate.
