2 Rooms in Newly Renovated House in Bevendean

Hi there, renting two rooms (one slightly bigger than the other) in newly renovated house me and my partner recently bought.

We’re looking for 2 working professionals or mature students. We’d only accept a couple who would rent the two rooms (not just one).

We're a couple ourselves but sleeping in different rooms of the house to have our own space. We are both neurodivergent (weird and quirky at times), so we particularly welcome neurodivergent people but not a requirement.

We're looking for honest, relatively clean (we're not perfect ourselves) and respectful housemates. We'll appreciate each doing our own thing but would like some socialising every once in while when it feels right and an atmosphere of support between housemates.

We're generally easy-going and welcoming of differences in people. We want you to feel as much yourself as possible, recognising that power-relation of being landlords/lodgers.


We have a cat! Oslo, she’s 4 years old and will most likely keep to herself, you might get the occasional headbutt.. she spends a lot of time outside and wouldn’t go into your room.

The bus number 48 is right outside the house! So it’s super practical to go into town, buses every 20min or less.

Rooms are upstairs so not wheelchair accessible unfortunately.

Nice neighbourhood, access to the Downs is 1 min walk away, ideal for walks or jogs.
