Looking for a lovely place to call home, without the chaos of a busy house share? This might be the one!

My partner is off travelling the world for the next year, so it'll mostly be just me and you!

I work as a restaurant manager, which means I'm out most evenings and nights during the week. So you'll often have the house to yourself (not a bad deal!).

The house is bright, cosy, full of character and has a lovely relaxed atmosphere. It's a proper home, not just somewhere to sleep.

Who am I looking for?

Someone friendly, independent, clean and tidy, with a good sense of humour and a relaxed attitude to life.

I'm pretty easygoing and enjoy a good chat, but I also love my own space and completely respect yours. No pressure to become best friends, but it would be nice to actually like the person sharing the kitchen!

The weekly cleaner is a bonus, not a magic fairy, so someone who naturally cleans up after themselves is a must.

This isn't a party house, and I'm looking to keep it that way. No overnight guests, please.
