Our home is a warm and welcoming space for you to live, relax, and explore. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 toilets, a shower room which is shared with other flatmates as well as a separate bathroom. We have a large open plan living room/kitchen dinner with plenty of room for you. The house is on the high street with easy access to shops and restaurants. It is also 100metres from the sea and the De La Warr Pavilion. It is a large and modern space and there is plenty of room for you to unwind. We run an art & craft collective in the shop below and so you will see and meet local artists and designer makers who work in our collective.

Although it is a large household we are actually all self contained. The top floor double room has pretty much everything you need in the room including fridge, microwave, kettle etc. There is a shared shower room/toilet outside the room which is exclusively shared with the other top floor tenant. Although we are all sociable you'll find there are loads of private space to be yourself...

Each room is fully furnished with bed, table, chairs, wardrobes, chest of drawers as well a flat-screen TV and also full access to broadband internet.

This room is ideal for a short let or for people who need to relocate, or professionals. Available from end of November
