This room is massive and comes furnished with bed, wardrobe and storage and is at the top front of the property.
There are 3 bedrooms on the top floor, these are currently occupied by 2 great guys that both work full time, my room is on the second floor.
There is a separate shower room with sink and toilet. Utility area and storage space.
Good size kitchen with all the normal white goods and kitchen stuff, kitchen table and chairs.
The lounge is mostly used as a multi purpose area, really comfy couch, tv, gym equipment and a balcony with a small seating area.
There is another bathroom with bath,  toilet and sink.
We all clean up after ourselves and maintain the cleanliness of shared areas.
All bills are included, WiFi, cleaning materials.
If your a smoker then there areas this can be done.
There is a bus stop right outside and the train station is a 3 minute walk. There is permit parking close by.
We  are all hard working, working a variety of hours. We all like to do all the normal adulting things.
