SELF CATERING. Separate fridge/freezer and utensils/pans will be provided. Halal food household so need to be understanding that utensils in kitchen cannot be mixed.

Lodger MUST BE CLEAN AND TIDY due to children and cats in the home. Need to clean up after themselves and leave things in presentable manner. Lodger needs to be mindful that bathroom and kitchen may be in use at peak times during the day e. g school mornings. Family household of 4, working professionals.

On street parking available 1-2 minutes from property.

Bus stop outside property travelling to Hastings and Eastbourne. Bexhill train station and town centre is 15 minute walk. Local shops available within 3 minutes walking - Lidl, post office, corner shops etc. Petrol station opposite property, coffee shop next door. Bexhill hospital 2 minute walk. .
