Room to let in 3 bedroom house, single bed ,wardrobe ,TV, suit student or working person, broadband included, use of shared lounge and kitchen including washing machine and dryer, bus stop 2 mins walk with access to all areas .Females preferred as i have hosted both male and female students over the years and am happier with females who are tidier and generally less hassle
