Lodger required for a sunny, very large, double room in a warm and welcoming home in North Laine, three minutes from the station. This is a peaceful, LGBTQ-friendly and creative home - alcohol and drug free. Would suit professional or mature student. Central location in heart of North Laine on characterful Victorian terraced street.. Close to all amenities. Short walk to sea front. The room available has a super comfy double bed, table, storage and chair. Shared facilities include a spacious well-designed fully-fitted kitchen and a modern power shower, bath and bathroom. House is set across three floors and has a good sized sunny backyard. You will be sharing with me full-time, and with my two ten-year-old children part-time (three nights per week). We also have one friendly tabby cat.
