Room: 9.5' x 11'. Views over valley

Room to let MIDWEEK ONLY (in an largeish house) to suit tidy, respectful professional. The room (11'x 9. 5' without chimney breast) can be let furnished or unfurnished, is warm and has a large window and small TV. Other rooms include kitchen with all mod cons, bathroom, separate toilet, and furnished lounge with TV/DVD (we share the lounge, as we also have an office, with a sofa). There's broadband WiFi/FREE and very safe parking outside house/open air bike hook/buses to and from town from outside door (also a great spot for commuters in all directions e. g. 7mins for university workers, small garden out front. Safe, peaceful and quiet leafy area with loads of nice shops and bakeries / gastropubs etc.

We are a couple in our thirties. Both with a science background and working in conservation and construction. We are sociable with too many interests to mention - these include archery, aikido, dancing, reading, walking --and much more, but time is limiting :-)

Transport: trains and coaches to London 5-10 mins walk. Same for trains east-west (Lewes/Worthing) and a network of buses from outside the door. ..as well as the free parking and fast connections to town and bypasses.
