ABOUT US

Hi, I’m 32, female, and I'm a teacher, I own the house and rent out the spare rooms, so there are no agency fees.

I currently live with 2 guys. We are all professionals and all very friendly. It's not a party house, but we like to have a chat over dinner or watch a film if we happen to be in. When I'm out, I enjoy sports, travelling, meals out, going to the cinema and so on. I also have a little boy aged 4, though he is at nursery during the day and goes to bed by 7pm, so the kitchen and living room is an adult space for most of the day and in the evening.

I am right next to a park, some green hills and the seafront, so I can go for a scenic walk, run or bike ride. The town centre is also only a 5 minute bike ride away, or you can get there by bus (1 min walk). Also, the internet is fast, you can stream films or work from home via Teams etc.

I wouldn't live with anyone who takes drugs or smokes.

£420 per month for 1 person, no couples.

Shared free parking in the drive, you can park on the road for free on the other days.
The No. 1 and 7 bus are about 1-2 mins walk away.

5 min bike ride to Brighton town centre.
Co-op (food) 2 min walk, with other takeaways and a few shops.

Small single room, though loads of extra storage available in the loft.
