Short term double room available - fully furnished

Hello !
We have a fully furnished double bedroom available the end of February - beginning of March.

We are an outgoing, friendly couple with a dog.
Jon is an Irish man that works as an optician and I am from Malaysia.
A bit about us:
Jon is Irish and works as an Optician. I (Dani) am Malaysian and work as a dog trainer and studying canine behaviour.
Being a dog lover in this house is an absolute must as there’s different friendly and sweet dogs that come in and out of our home :).
I also work from home so I’ll be around most of the time.
You are very much welcome to join me on walks with the dogs.

We enjoy having a drink here and there after work (our party days are long gone now 😂), movie nights, play board games and enjoy cooking together. In the summer time we make the most of the garden and have bbqs, soak up as much Vit D, and chill out with some music.

It is very much a multi-cultural home, and we love exploring new places and traveling.

We are a clean and tidy house and would expect this from whoever comes next to be the same.

Our home is located in quiet Hollingdean, only a 5 minute walk to Moulsecoomb station, so perfect for commuters working in London, and is also ideal for students as Brighton Uni is only a 10 minute walk and Sussex Uni is 1/2 stops from Moulsecoomb train station.

Getting a train into town is super quick, you could be in town within 10 minutes as it's only 2 stops to Brighton station.

There is a bus stop that is 2 min walk from the house with a Regular bus #50 which brings you into town in around 20/25mins.

Alternatively you can catch the #24, 48 & 49 by Brighton Uni.

The house is very light , flooded with sunshine, and has lots of lovely walks near by on the downs. Walking to town is possible as well, it takes around 30-40 minutes.

It is a short term let room, so it’s perfect if you are looking for somewhere as a base to get you started in Brighton, or whilst looking for a long term let.
We can also be slightly flexible on this if you need a bit longer.

If you are a driver then our location is a bonus as we have plenty of on street free parking!
