Double Room on Elm Grove 575 (band C for cool)

Double furnished room in spacious house on Elm Grove (not too far up the hill!). We have lots of communal spaces and a south-facing back garden (currently only half a garden, more on that when you view).

The bed can be positioned horizontally if that's your preferred sleep style. Please see pic 3 for reference on how this might look in the room if you are unfamiliar with horizontal bed placement.

There are two bathrooms between four of us, a kitchen/diner with washing machine, shared lounge. We don’t smoke indoors, and we’re clean and tidy but not obsessive about it.

You would be sharing the house with three liberal, laid-back lovelies and one cat. We are friendly working professionals who enjoy socialising but are respectful of other housemates.

Rent is £575 per month, and the private landlord is local and responsive. The deposit is one month’s rent.

Our landlord will require the following: UK-based guarantor, references, bank statements

Bills are usually £100–150 each per month, including fast interwebs and council tax (Band C).
