Beautiful double room in large Victorian house

We are looking for a housemate to join our great household! We have one large and lovely furnished room overlooking our lovely garden and beyond.

The house itself is a huge flower-covered Victorian brick-built piece of architecture with original stained glass windows and masonry. Situated between Preston Park and Brighton town centre, it is only a few minutes walk to and from London Road Train station and a ten-minute walk into town, only half an hour away from Gatwick and an hour away from London Victoria by train.

I am an easy-going art teacher and the house currently occupies one little dog Bob very friendly. My interests include art, gardening and wildlife.

We are looking for someone easy-going and friendly. The room available is a spacious double room. It comes beautifully furnished with antiques and a double bed, chest of drawers, hanging space and a large desk, plus a large window overlooking gorgeous gardens.

We have a luxury family bathroom with a large Victorian-style claw-footed bath and a free-standing shower, plus a separate second toilet.

There is a large spacious living room with an open fire and three comfy sofas. The large kitchen has a double oven and an eight-ring gas hob, an American-style fridge, plenty of cupboard space, and a large dining table.

All bills are included, including the use of Netflix
