Shared Sitting Room

This is an easy going, tidy, shared Non smoking house. You will be sharing day to day with Lacry who has the double en suite bedroom. Also, occasionally with myself and family when we are down for house maintenance.
As well as being suitable for a woman this house share could suit a single gay man.

Your small single bedroom will be available as of the 5th Sepl.. It looks out over an internal Courtyard with a Skylight window. Despite the room being small the price reflects the central Brighton location and also the extensive shared space.

On the ground floor, you come in the entrance to a lovely big communal sitting/dining room with the shared kitchen leading off it. There is also a covered over courtyard off the kitchen offering additional dining and sitting shared area. Your main use downstairs bathroom is also off the kitchen.

We have an electric Cooker, Washing Machine & a Microwave. You will have main use of the downstairs bathroom. However, you will share it with myself and indeed my family when we are there.

Myself and my family have our own room to stay in in the house. When we come down its either at weekends or during school holidays Given we have 2 lively 6 and a half year olds that means you must like children. However, when we are there we go out in the day so in practice you won't see that much of us.

We have good outside front garden space and. currently our off street parking is used by a neighbour.

Lacry who you would be sharing day to day with works in retail. Lacry also enjoys socialising and going out for runs. .Lacry is Roumanian and I am English.
