My house is well maintained and clean with a beautiful garden. It is situated in the quiet village of Patcham, with excellent links to both Brighton and the surroundings via bus and train.

The room is large, bright and benefits from views over the downs. It has been recently refurbished with new bed, carpet and en suite.

You will have access to our large, well equipped kitchen.

I am semi-retired and relatively quiet person who enjoys the benefits of my lovely relaxing home and garden. I look forward to sharing this with somebody who is quiet and respectful of the shared spaces.

Free parking is available on the street outside the house.
There is space to store a bike in the shed.
