Lovely sunny double room available for female lodger in a beautiful house in the Hanover area of Brighton (Lewes Rd/Elm Grove), close to universities and the city centre.

The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, clothes rail, desk, blinds, lamp, and mirror.

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac with a lovely park at the end of the road. It’s a peaceful home with an open fire, a decked garden area, and all modern conveniences.

We’re just a 12-minute walk from Brighton Station, close to universities, shops on Lewes Road, and plenty of great cafés and pubs in the Hanover area.

Rent includes all bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, and Wi‑Fi) plus a cleaner.

You’ll have use of all shared spaces: kitchen, bathroom, lounge, dining room, and garden.

You’d be sharing with another female lodger and a landlady who works from home but travels a lot for work.
