I have a double room with a shared bathroom in my little house in Brighton's fabulous North Laine for an international student lodger who loves dogs

Single occupancy only, short term lets welcomed.

No overnight guests.

The rent is inclusive of everything - including cleaning products, loo rolls etc. I do need you to be respectful and responsible with resources though!

It’s ideal for mature students or international language students.

The house will be home to you, another student, me and the most important resident. - my dog.

There is fibre broadband

All of the rooms have good quality furnishings, desk, mattresses and bedding

The bathroom will be shared with one other.

The kitchen has a fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine

We do all of our socialising outside of the house so this room would suit a student who is serious about their studies and wants a quiet, warm, safe, tranquil calm home with 24/7 hot water and fast WiFi to which to come back

You will be in Brighton's cultural heart - with all the delights of the city on your doorstep.

Five minutes walk to St Giles International School and Kings and EC, and seven minutes to Brighton
railway station
Bus routes to Falmer/Moulsecoomb around the corner.

Cafes, shops and the nightlife Brighton is famed for are footsteps away.

The railway station and bus stops linking you to all parts of the city are five minutes away.

Major supermarkets and the independent food shops are just around the corner.

I don't ask for a deposit as I like to treat people as adults.

All I ask for is photo ID and student status, right to live in UK.
