We have a bright, spacious, double loft room to rent in the Hollingdean/Fiveways area of Brighton.
Fiveways has a buzzy, friendly atmosphere, there are good coffee shops with easy access up to the Downs for down time or a brisk twenty minute walk into town or to the beach.

My husband and I are creatives, I teach life drawing and he is a retired art teacher/sculptor, who occasionally creates things of beauty in the garden shed.

THE NITTY GRITTY
This is a VEGGIE house, we'd enjoy sharing new veggie recipes with you or having a cuppa or a glass of wine. We frequently work from home so would prefer someone who works outside the house.

The room is light and bright, you can enjoy your own space up there or know where we are if you fancy a chat.
The room comprises of a single bed, wardrobe, two tables, two comfy chairs, a bedside table, ikea storage unit and a TV.

The house has a bathroom and a shower room, you are welcome to use the living room and the kitchen obviously, you have your own fridge in the kitchen.

We'd prefer a FEMALE lodger..
We have older kids who live away from home but often pop back, you would probably meet them, they are lovely, housetrained :))

There is FREE PARKING, Wow!
Buses 26 and 46 go into town, out to Hove/Portslade.
The no 50 bus stops round the corner.
Why not cycle to Stanmer Park it is glorious or take a ten minute walk to the nearby Hill Fort to clear the head.?

The rent is £675 per month and includes all bills.
A deposit of £350 is required.
We would love to see a landlord and a bank reference.
Sorry no couples or pets, even though we are dog lovers.
