Three quiet, fully furnished rooms with fast internet wifi, ethernet cable and central heating. The house is near Preston Park in one of the safest parts of the city. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate toilet and a kitchen with cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and washing machine. Two bus stops are close to the house: a 5B every 10 to 20 minutes - ideal when it's raining! There is a pharmacy, surgery, grocery, takeaway and two railway stations a few minutes' walk away. The rent is £140 a week for the single room or £250 a week for a couple in the larger rooms.
