Bright room in Fiveways - women only

Lovely bright room on ground floor in family home., for Women only. You will have privacy in your room and are obviously welcome to cook in the kitchen., and have access to bathroom and there are two loos in the house, so no waiting around!
The living room is only for me and my adult daughter.
We are quiet, friendly and easy going and have shared our home for many years with lodgers. A peaceful and calm atmosphere is important to us.
You will have access to a really comfy room and use of kitchen, bathroom and part of the garden that is directly accessible from your room. Please note that overnight guests are not allowed.
We have a friendly cat and you will need to be comfortable with a cat in the house.
Fiveways is a lovely area, only 20 mins walk to the North Laines. On 2 main bus routes, 26 & 46, 12 minute walk to London road train station (trains to Falmer) and our house is one minute from bus stop, shops and cafes.
Fiveways is a safe and friendly area.
I work in Social Care and my daughter works in hospitality and wellness. We are Labour/Green voters, we are vegetarian. You are welcome to have meat or fish , please use your own pans and utensils for cooking and store food in the fridge you share with one other lodger.
