Lovely bright room in family home. You will have privacy in your room and are obviously welcome to cook in the kitchen. I would appreciate it if the living room was only for me and my adult daughter .
I am really friendly, easy going and have shared my home for many years with student, language students etc. Many have become friends. The rent is reasonable, and reflects that I wish to provide a really comfy room and use of kitchen, bathroom and part of the garden. It’s fine if you smoke, just go outside. The downstairs room has direct access to the garden, which is handy for smokers.
I have 2 friendly cats, and would appreciate your kindness to feed them occasionally if I am away from home. You will need to be comfortable and confident with cats!
Fiveways is a lovely area, only 20 mins walk to the North Laines. On 2 main bus routes, 26 & 46, and my house is one minute from bus stop, shops and cafes.
Safe, friendly area.
