Attic room with its own bathroom and south facing roof terrace. This is a very private space. Cosy in the winter with the stormy clouds gathering on the horizon. Summer months it is bright and warm and you can watch the sun as it sets to the West. The terrace is perfect for star gazing.

This is a live in landlady situation.

We are just north of the Queens Park area. Resident permit parking but we are on a good bus route into town Or a 20 min walk down through lovely Hanover and The Lanes.

In the rest of the house there is a decent size kitchen, sitting room with wood burner, wireless broadband internet and a small garden. We are quiet during the working week but friendly.
