Double room to rent bills included

My wife and I have a double room to rent that is fully furnished, though you will have to provide your own bedding. The room has a desk.

My wife and I live here together, and we work odd hours. We are currently pregnant, and have a due date for January 2026. I aI am English, and she is Ghanaian. We are both Muslim. We are Pro LGBTQ+. While we are both in our Thirties, if you tell my wife she doesn't look a day over 25, that would be a plus.

The house is located in Coldean, which has excellent bus links to the Universities, Falmer and Moulsecomb train stations, and to the Big Asda up at Hollingbury. With the bus stop right outside the close. Which is very useful.

We back onto the South Downs and Wild Park which is brilliant for walking a dog. I work and study so I can go days being out of the house.

There is a pharmacy, corner shop, library and a GP within a 5 min walk.

While I do smoke I do so in the back garden so that is a hard rule.

The kitchen is a little old, however the stove top has been replaced recently. And the Washing Machine is new.

We are more looking for people to live with in our home rather than making money. Though all bills are included.

We are both Nerdy and a little Geeky. Though all are welcome. Our friendship groups are diverse both geographically and culturally. Which is reflected in our cooking.

WFH is welcome.
