One studio style room with private kitchenette available in a lovely house share 10 minutes from the Marina.

Room

The room is provided furnished and available on a rolling month to month lodger agreement. The rent excludes water, gas and electric which are calculated at the end of each month.

The studio style space is upstairs in the house. It has a large room with double bed, three built in wardrobe spaces and a kitchenette attached. There is a sink, stove, fridge, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster and breakfast table. Adjacent to the room there is a large bathroom.

House

The shared areas in the house included a big living room (with an amazing view of the sea) with smart tv for movie nights, and a large kitchen. The kitchen is equip with everything needed including a washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, stove and air fryer. The garden is a sun trap in the summer with plenty of furniture, umbrellas bbq etc for entertaining.

Housemates

The house is currently occupied by two young professionals - looking for tidy and respectful young professionals to share the house with. Long term renters preferred.

Marina
Bus: 10 minutes / Walk: 20 minutes

There is a bus stop at the end of the road (1 min) where the 21 stops and another (4 mins walk) where the 1 stops.

All accessible by walking: the south downs at the end of the road (1 min), gym (5 minutes), Lidl (15 minutes)

Parking

No permit required, plenty of street parking available.
