SHORT TERM NO COMMITMENT POSSIBLE

**ROOM and Bathroom are about to be refurbished, new carpet, new shower unit etc...

Near Preston Circus, this very large room has all amenities (broadband, cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer).

This is a quiet household with everything included. Whilst we have a community minded approach, we tend to keep ourselves to ourselves.

I treat the rooms like a hotel. If we need anything I get it.

Room has double bed, desk, light, wardrobe, Futon sofa, bookcase. Plenty of electrical sockets.

Double glazed and warm.

ENERGY BILLS

I have put a lot of effort into minimising these.

The rent includes all bills with fair use applied. The room has its own meter so you will now your generous allowance of electricity

VERY QUIET HOUSEHOLD

We tend to keep ourselves to ourselves and appreciate the feeling of living on our own as it were even though we share the same home.

DOGS:

I have a 7 month lab and would appreciate having someone that loves dogs and would like to be able to be friends with him.
