Hi there,
We're looking for a friendly, female, young professional house mate to join us in our bright, sunny, Brighton home.
It's a three bedroom house, I’m Tim, the homeowner, Wiki is the other housemate, and making up the household is Ginny, my five year old Wirehaired Vizsla dog.

We're doing viewings in early August and the room will become on the 1st of September

We're in the heart of Hanover with it's colourful houses, pubs, cafes and community spirit. We're half way up the hill and only a ten minute walk to the station and fifteen minutes into town.

The house has been recently decorated so everything is fresh and new. You'll need to be a dog lover as you'll be sharing the house with a bouncing doggo, Ginny the Wirehaired Vizsla.

We're a very clean and tidy house, so you'll need to be the kind of person who likes things that way. As we are all working professionals it's not a party house, but we're always happy to share a glass of wine and have a chat in the evenings or at weekends.

If you enjoy cooking you'll like the Smeg range oven and full set of cook's pots, pans and knives. The lounge has a wood burning stove which is very cosy in winter. The TV has Netflix, Disney +, Apple TV and Roku and there's a record player in the lounge if you want to spin some vinyl.

The bathroom is at the back of the house on the ground floor. and has a large shower with great pressure. The is also a laundry area in the rear corridor with a washing machine and separate tumble dryer, both new this year.

The back garden has a Dancook BBQ, firepit, and a recently painted mural by local artist Nick Burdett.. There are plenty of plants including jasmine, honeysuckle and clematis, and at night you can sit under the stars and our strings of fairy lights.

The "Daisy Room" is east facing so gets the morning sun and you overlook the back garden and flower mural. There is a six drawer IKEA Hemnes chest of drawers and a very tall IKEA Pax wardrobe. The double bed is IKEA Hemnes and the mattress is brand new. The carpet in your room and throughout the house was newly laid last year and is very soft and fluffy underfoot. Your room has a lockable door. The dimensions of the room are 3.1m x 2.9m.

Would suit a professional female, minimum of six months, two references required (current landlord and employer). Sorry, no couples and no pets. We are in residents parking zone V. The rent includes all utility bills, council tax and super fast 100Mbps Zen fibre broadband. In addition we all make a monthly contribution of £15 for shared cleaning products, kitchen essentials, loo roll etc.

We're looking for someone who wants to live in Hanover and will treat our house as their home.
