Room in central home

Centrally located home with two bathrooms, multiple shared spaces, and a garden. House is close to main bus routes, 15 minutes walk from the city centre, with easy access to both hospitals.

I am a live in landlord who works for the NHS and am part of LGBTQIA+ community. Also resident are Tiger (cat) and Coco (dog).

The bedroom is the loft room - very quiet and private with views over the city. The room is furnished with built-in wardrobe, bed, bedside cabinet, and two dressers (one with shelves rather than drawers, the other with three drawers). Note: The desk and chair (and rocking chair) have been removed since these pictures were taken as current lodger had their own desk.

Parking available on the street, but you would need to purchase a permit (V zone). The house is not an HMO so no couples I'm afraid. Smoking outside only.

Looking for someone who is tidy, respectful, and looking for a home rather than a party house.
