The Flat:

A three floor maisonette above a shop in a great central location in the North Laine. The room itself is unfurnished but the rest of the flat is furnished. There is a large communal space downstairs with a kitchen/diner and separate living room. There are two bathrooms. Pavilion Gardens is 2 minutes away, the seafront 5 minutes away, and Brighton Station is a 10 minute walk.

The Room:

The room is a good size double.

About us:

Robyn: I'm 32 and work in property/compliance. In my spare time I keep quite busy with aerial hoop, and spin classes. Currently watching New Amsterdam on Netflix. Love a tv binge or a book binge.

John: I'm 42 and work in the energy sector. You'll often find me knitting or playing video games. I also have a delightful long hair tabby cat who lives with us, she is shy at first but very sweet.

Both into plants although not always the best parents. We often socialise in the kitchen but also happy to spend time in our rooms, and have done things like watch tv shows together, cinema trips, and pub quizzes. One of us is vegetarian.

Who we are looking for:

This flatshare is ideally suited to a young professional who is in stable employment, and in a position to provide suitable references and who will pass the credit reference checks for the letting agent.
