A Lovely Bright Large Double Bedroom

We've got a lovely, relaxed house with a wild garden on a quiet road near Brighton General Hospital, and a room is becoming available!

The room

The room is about 3 × 4 metres and comes with a mattress, chest of drawers and a cabinet.

Need a bit more furniture? Or less? We can add or remove things to make the space work for you. Just ask ;)

The house and its humans

At the moment, the house is shared by two friendly, cheerful queers, a trans man and a trans woman.

Queers of all shapes, kinds and flavours are especially welcome!

We've got a shared kitchen, a living room with a sofa, which occasionally gets used by overnight guests. There's also a tv-screen for films, games and whatever else takes your fancy. Currently, there's also a streaming service included. yay!

There are two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower, both with toilets, so no morning toilet queues!

The garden and furry creatures 🌱

There's a good-sized, slightly wild garden, occasionally visited by a fox or two.

We've had people living here with cats and dogs before, and the foxes haven't caused any trouble. So yes, pets are very welcome!

The landlord

The landlord is another queer, currently wandering around South and Central America doing art projects.

Rent and bills

The rent is £850 per calendar month, including council tax and internet.

Water and energy bills are extra and split equally between everyone in the house.

And there's no deposit to pay!
