A Bright Double Bedroom

We have a chilled and relaxed house with a wild garden in a quiet road near Brighton General Hospital.

The room is about 3x4 sqm.

Available for a short let from august.
Up to 3 months tenancy at the moment.
There's a chance it will in fact be possible to remain longer.

No deposit required.

Pets are very welcome.

The room comes with a mattress and a futon, a chest of drawers, a clothing rail and a little table.
It is possible to add/remove furniture to the room if you need.
Just ask ;)

There is a common room with a sofa and a sofa-bed that get used for occasional guests overnight.
There's a screen to watch films and such, however no TV connection.

Currently in the house -
3 chilled professional guys between 26 and 60yo. into all things culture, sports, nature, travel and oriented towards **vegan & vegetarian** food.

We do rather share the house with other vegans and vegetarians.

The rent is £280pcm excluding bills.
Current regular bills - water, council tax (band C) + wifi, come to £58pcm.
Energy is paid every 3 months per smart meter.
