Double Room on Franklin Road

Hello :)
We have a double room available from 1st June on Franklin Road - just off Lewes Road (about 4 minute walk from The Level). Either for short term (over Summer) or longer.
Main bus route to both universities, Hove, and Brighton Marina....pretty much everywhere.

Room is furnished with double bed, side table, and shelves.

We're two young friendly professionals (one live-in landlord and one lodger), who largely have quiet days in the weekday but like going to gigs, clubs, and pubs on a weekend. One is moving out sadly so looking for replacement.

Veggie so would love a veggie/vegan housemate but not essential as long as they are respectful and kind. We are also an LGBT/Queer affirming home - so if you are queer or trans please feel welcome to send us a message.

The flat is two stories, has a shared bathroom and kitchen (with breakfast bar, dishwasher, and washer dryer), and living room

Bills are £109 per month which includes council tax, utilities (electric + gas), and broadband.
Deposit is £450 and held independently with the Deposit Protection Service.
