Mezzanine Room in Brighton

MEZZANINE ROOM

Hi!
My name is Massimo, my current flatmate is moving out and I am looking for someone to rent her room.
The place is super central, right near the i360 and Preston Street. You'll be 3 minutes away from the beach. Life doesn't get much better than that!
It's a cosy little flat, decorated with care, with a lot of art and plants, and all you need for comfort (washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, fancy espresso machine, biiiiig screen to watch Netflix on). The living room is comfy with high ceilings and big bay windows.
The room is relatively small but very well-utilised, with the stairs up to the (small double) loft bed doubling as storage space. The massive window in the room will allow huge amounts of light - it's a real pleasure sitting in the afternoon sun even in winter, as the buildings opposite aren't tall enough to block out the sunset. The room is rented furnished (feel free to chat with my current flatmate about making changes though) with a folding desk, office chair and small side table. I'm a care worker and do shift work, and I love to be out and about. I am very clean and organised, and would like someone who shares my love of a well-maintained living space :).
Inıtitially it would be for 1 year, but with option to continue if we get along well!
The room will be available 1st Feb, but we may be able to do a bit earlier if you need.
