Available from 1st June. Living with friendly, easy going couple and their 18 year old daughter. The household also includes a very friendly dog and a cat. We are looking for a quiet, tidy, relaxed professional / mature student/teacher (ideally who is working / studying out of the house between 9-5pm) who wants to rent the room for 6 months plus. Single occupancy. Our home is warm, friendly and located in central Brighton in the Seven Dials area. We are a 7 minute walk to Brighton train station and have the No. 7 bus stop two minutes from our house. We are also very close to Dyke Road Park and Preston Park, great local pubs and shops in the Dials. You will have use or our new kitchen / open plan dining area and laundry room. Great Wifi.
