Room in House opposite lovely Park near Fiveways

Bright single room in the Fiveways area of Brighton. The house is opposite a lovely park with tennis courts and trees.

We will be sharing a bathroom, big kitchen and small garden. All the usual bills and broadband included. Currently we are all working people but we have quite often had students living with us and we welcome working people or students.

You will be a few minutes walk to London Road station with trains to Falmer and Moulsecoomb University campuses as well as buses (or you can walk) to the seafront and the centre of Brighton.

The room overlooks the back garden which is often charmingly overgrown to attract wildlife.

You will be sharing this 4 bedroom house with me and my lovely boyfriend who is often away in London at the moment, our lodger Mari from Sicily who works at Brighton University and at the moment my son too who works in IT.

I work in nature conservation as an Ecologist so this place would really suit a student of ecology or a professional interested in natural history, landscape or wildlife. But you'll be welcome whatever your interests!
