10 mins walk from the Royal Sussex County Hospital, 5 mins walk from the bus stop, 15 mins by bus into town, within walking distance of Lidl, Asda, Co-op, and the South Downs.

The room is quiet and clean. It's not a party house as I really do enjoy my peace and am looking for someone who appreciates this too.

Shared big kitchen, living room and bathroom. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair, and TV (Prime and Netflix, but no live TV).

You'd be sharing with one other person (me).

Ideal for someone peaceful, considerate, and who tidies up after themselves, especially in the communal areas. I'm not the biggest socialiser so this room would be ideal if you feel similar :)

Fresh bedding, and towels if you need them, is provided.
