Bright garden-facing bedroom available 3-6 months

Hi, Hannah here.

I have a bright double bedroom available in my home from 10th December for 3-6 months. The house has a creative, homely atmosphere. The bedroom has beautiful restored pine floors, a pine bed with great mattress, wooden wardrobe (and chest of drawers if wanted). It's on the 1st floor and looks out on to the garden/garden decking. Space for a desk. There’s a big living room with a woodburning stove. No TV currently. Spacious kitchen, with big oven. There is also a garden cabin/studio which you'd be welcome to use as a creative space. There's no wifi in the cabin.

I am a friendly person, who enjoys art, singing, music, nature, swimming and the sea. I'm looking for a kind and responsible professional/ mature student, or a couple, to rent the room/ space.

I may go away for 2 months in Jan/ Feb so ideally I'm looking for someone or a couple who are happy to live with 1 other and equally to have the space to themselves. I would prefer to find someone that works outside of the house full or part time but open to meeting people with different set ups. Someone that enjoyed gardening would be amazing but not essential 😁

It’s a 20 min walk to Brighton city centre, 30 min walk to Brighton train station and 40 min walk to the sea. Also lots of buses and quickest to get everywhere by bike; space for a bike in the house or preferably back garden. Parking with resident permit available or free nearby parking.

Rent:
£675 per month, inclusive of all bills except electricity/ gas - which would be shared monthly between 2 of us.
£850 per month for a couple (except for electricity/gas shared monthly between 3 of us).
Extra £100/ month for short-term let of 2-3 months between December - March.
A cleaner comes once every two weeks, inclusive. Council tax band C (included).
