Lovely sun-filled double bedroom overlooking back garden in a beautiful victorian house in the Fiveways/ Preston Park area of Brighton.
We are in a great location, close to many bus routes into the centre of town, which is only a short 20 minute walk away, and 5 minutes to London Road Train station.
We are a friendly family of 3, mum with 16 year old child and our dog, Pepper, plus our other house share. We have a relaxed and welcoming house where we are all respectful of each others space and privacy and used to getting on with our busy lives.
We are a easy-going family who love making and cooking. We are all often in and out of the house but enjoy a casual chat over a cuppa every now and then.
Previously we have had mature student lodgers who were very comfortable and stayed the academic year, so we are used to sharing our space.
We are looking for gay-friendly, independent, non-smoking student who is house-trained and doesn’t mind a friendly dog. Our dog is very loving but can be a bit ‘woofy’ when people come in and out of the house.
Rent is £600 per month, including bills and wireless, or £150 per week for a shorter stay plus a £300 deposit.
