We are a friendly, busy family - two professional women who are often around in the daytime and most evenings. We have two adult children, a small, anxious dog who will need to get used to newcomers and an elderly cat who generally ignores everyone. You are unlikely to have significant contact with either of these.

We live above the studio and so are on hand for anything you need.

This property would suit a single, non- smoker who is house trained and looking for self-contained, independent accommodation.

The rent is £1100 per month which includes bills and Wi-Fi access. There is a £500 refundable deposit to cover damages.
