Located in sunny Hollingdean – very close to Moulescoomb train station and the number 50 bus route. There are very good travel connections to Falmer, Lewes and Brighton from the Lewes Road. We are 10 minutes walk from Brighton University, Lewes Road campus.

We are offering a light, spacious, open plan studio with furnished sleeping and living space. Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, cooker, fridge and plenty of storage. The studio has a separate shower room. There is free on road parking outside the property.

We are a friendly, busy family - two professional women who are often around in the daytime and most evenings. We have two adult children, a small, anxious dog who will need to get used to newcomers and an elderly cat who generally ignores everyone. You are unlikely to have significant contact with either of these.

We live above the studio and so are on hand for anything you need.

This property would suit a single, non- smoker who is house trained and looking for self-contained, independent accommodation.

The rent is £950 per month which includes bills and Wi-Fi access. There is a £500 refundable deposit to cover damages.
